Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
“Claire’s presence is steady, warm, and quietly transformative. Working with her helped me find clarity in places I had been circling for years.
— GRACE, INNER SPACE WELLNESS CLIENT
My greatest joy is watching my clients return to themselves more fully and with more ease. I offer a professional relationship that is deeply accepting and non-judgemental, while also being honest and grounded. Many of the issues that bring people to therapy began in relationship. I believe they must be healed in relationship as well.
My role is to offer a very specific kind of therapeutic connection that supports your healing and growth. No two paths look the same. That’s why I draw from a wide range of modalities, tailoring my approach to meet your individual needs, your nervous system, and your way of making meaning.
