Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
“Claire’s presence is steady, warm, and quietly transformative. Working with her helped me find clarity in places I had been circling for years.
— GRACE, INNER SPACE WELLNESS CLIENT
My greatest joy is watching my clients return to themselves more fully and with more ease. I offer a professional relationship that is deeply accepting and non-judgemental, while also being honest and grounded. Many of the issues that bring people to therapy began in relationship. I believe they must be healed in relationship as well.
My role is to offer a very specific kind of therapeutic connection that supports your healing and growth. No two paths look the same. That’s why I draw from a wide range of modalities, tailoring my approach to meet your individual needs, your nervous system, and your way of making meaning.
About Me
Why I Do This Work
I have over 13 years of experience as a counsellor, with a focus on treating trauma, pain, burnout, and the patterns that arise from developmental trauma or neglect. Clients often seek my support for chronic pain, chronic illness, addictions, mood disorders, and anxiety.
Mental health challenges have shaped my own family story - PTSD, addiction, depression, anxiety. I know what it feels like when suffering touches the people you love most. My path into this field wasn’t abstract; it was personal.
Alongside my professional training, I have walked my own healing journey. Again and again, I’ve witnessed how pain, when met with support and courage, can be a doorway to growth. As Rumi wrote, “The wound is the place where the Light enters you.”
I have seen that truth lived out, in myself and the clients I sit with. I do this work because healing is possible. Not always quick or linear, but real.
And no one should have to navigate it alone.
